Relayered is a design-driven studio creating precision ear tunnels and body jewellery through advanced 3D modeling and additive manufacturing. Every piece is engineered from the ground up — not copied, not mass-produced — with a focus on clean geometry, comfort, and modern form. We approach ear tunnels as functional objects first: balanced weight, smooth transitions, accurate sizing, and finishes that feel intentional, not ornamental. Using high-resolution 3D printing and carefully selected materials, Relayered allows designs that traditional manufacturing can’t easily achieve — internal structures, layered forms, subtle contours, and controlled tolerances — all refined through iteration and testing.
