I run older Dixie-Narco glass-front machines like the 5591 and 3561, and like many small operators, I don’t have the budget to replace all of them with new shimless BevMax units. These machines still work fine — they just need the right shims and pushers to keep vending reliably. For years I struggled with the same problems most operators face: – Shims sold cheap but with $15 shipping – Sellers forcing bulk purchases when I only needed one or two – Used parts mixed in with new ones – Wrong sizes – Tall pushers bundled with sliders I didn’t need – Replacement parts that required extra screws or modifications Eventually I had someone design the exact shims and tall product pushers I needed. After using them in my own machines and being happy with the fit and performance, I decided to make them available to other vendors who are in the same situation. I’m not a full-time parts supplier — I’m a vendor first. Because I don’t have time to print and ship everything myself, I use a third-party service that handles the printing and shipping for me. They charge their fee, and I make a small margin, but the main goal is simple: Help other vendors keep their older glass-front machines running without overpaying, buying huge lots, or hunting for the right size. These parts are 3D printed on-demand, designed to fit the common shim-based Dixie-Narco style setups, and meant to be an affordable, no-hassle replacement for operators who just need their machines to keep working. If you have a question about fit or need a small variation, feel free to reach out.
