ORI Strut Vice Jaws - PETG, Vise Compatible (Pair) Purpose-built 3D printed jaws for clamping ORI (Off Road Innovations) strut bodies. The lower cone section of an ORI strut is the awkward part to hold - round, tapered, and covered in pockets. These jaws solve that. Design highlights: - Positive cone engagement - each jaw carries extruded pockets that locate directly into the pockets of the strut's cone-shaped base. The strut can't spin or slip while you work on it. - Shaft clamp cutout - a cylindrical cutout accepts the strut shaft, letting you grip the whole assembly in a standard bench vise without marring the chrome. - Solid-wall load path - engineered with continuous walls running from the cone pockets through to the flat clamping face, so clamping force travels through solid material rather than infill. Printed in PETG for toughness with just enough give to grip without marring the anodizing. - Sold as a mirrored pair - two identical jaws, one left-hand and one right-hand, clamping the strut from both sides. What's included - 2x 3D printed Jaws What's not included - Magnets and mounting screws are NOT included - the jaws are printed as bodies only through our US print partner, who cannot supply magnets or hardware. Standard hardware-store neodymium magnets and screws complete the assembly (common off-the-shelf sizes; spec sheet with sizes provided with your order). Material: PETG Best for: ORI strut rebuilds, seal service, spring preload adjustment, or safely holding a strut for valving work - home garage or race prep.
