This frame can take any rubber tubing up to 8 mm (5/16 inches) and deliver devastating power! It fits easily in the hand and is simple to use. I use 8 mm steel balls as ammunition, and it really pack a real wallop! I buy my rubber tubing from Amazon, but you can try other sources. TUBING NOT INCLUDED.
