I modeled this gear in CAD to replace the cracked, broken 60 year old Nylon gear on my Skil Belt Sander. The OEM gear was formed (poured? cast?) around the motor's metal shaft during manufacture. This gear differs in that it slides over the shaft to mate with the hexagonal "nuts" on both sides of the OEM shaft. (I put a small amount of industrial adhesive (e.g. E6000) in the middle of the gear when I installed it.) This gear is printed from a tough plastic (PCTG) and should hold up fine. But frankly, since I have no control over how this Supplier prints this gear (number of perimeters, temperature, etc.), I don't how it will hold up compared to the one that I printed myself at home. But the price is right. Worth trying if you want to bring life back to your old workhorse of a belt sander.
