Tips for a Smoother Session The Universal "Check Status" Signal: Since these markers are a uniform red, use them as a universal cue. When you see the red marker on a goblin's turn, you immediately know to check your notes to see what is affecting them before they act. Stacking Effects: If a character is having a truly terrible day and suffers from multiple conditions (like being both poisoned and restrained), you can easily stack or place multiple markers to indicate the severity of their situation. Immediate Placement: Make it a habit to place the marker on the tracker the exact moment a spell is cast or an ability takes effect. Removing it the moment the effect ends keeps your game state perfectly accurate without second-guessing.
