Exercises wrist rotation and fine motor skills - a key-holed peg board with flat and stemmed pegs. The peg board is attached to the base by a hinge and a snap-shut clasp, which keeps the pegs securely stored away while not in use. The different angles of the key holes require different rotation of the wrist and/or fingertips. Stemmed (flag-on-a-pole shaped) pegs increase the grasping difficulty. Color contrast ensures visibility does not hinder the patient's task.
