Super Clamp Champ

PLEASE READ THIS WHOLE DESCRIPTION BEFORE ORDERING. This Insert for the Manfrotto Super Clamp makes it so that the clamping surfaces remain parallel through a range of different thicknesses. This means there is more surface area in contact with the item being clamped to, so a better grip. It also means there is less potential to damage or mark softer surfaces. ***********WARNING - VERY IMPORTANT*********** You will receive the raw 3D printed plastic parts. The parts are made on demand by PORTALS in the USA (postage from New Zealand makes it uneconomical for me to supply directly) You MUST sand the two contacting curved surfaces to remove some of the 3D print lines. I also recommend running the dove tail edges back and forth around their tracks several times, one side at a time to knock down any high spots that are inherent in the 3D printing process, Gently test fit until the rocker moves freely, otherwise sand a little more. If you insert the rocker into the base using force IT WILL JAM AND WILL BE VERY HARD (IMPOSSIBLE EVEN) TO REMOVE.
