BMW E91 Headlight Adjustment Spare Plug

This part replaces the broken headlight height adjustment knob found inside E91 BMW headlights. Over time, the original plastic becomes brittle and cracks, so the headlight can no longer be adjusted properly. This model recreates the original geometry and allows the screw/rod to sit firmly again so the headlight can be adjusted normally. ✔ Compatibility Fits BMW headlights that use this style adjuster (commonly found on E91 — always compare shape before printing). 🔧 Installation Insert the screw into the center channel. Push and twist the knob into the adjuster housing to fix it with seal. Turn the hex on the bolt with a nut driver headlight as normal. ⚠ Disclaimer Not an OEM product.
