Dilation Guide

The Dilation Guide was designed as a teaching/reminding tool for those who work with mothers-to-be. Ten rings show what 1 cm through 10 cm looks like, either so a healthcare-worker-in-training can see or be reminded. Useful too to demonstrate to the mother what it means when she is told "You are 3 cm dilated".
