The geometry copies the curved, sculpted OEM look, including the inner snap tabs that hold the cap securely in place. The outside face is smooth and ready for painting, vinyl logo, or custom styling. Fitment Always compare dimensions with your original cap before printing. 3D printing settings For an FDM I used PETG strength profile with 0,4mm nozzle, 0,2mm layer height, Bambu Studio Setting with Bambu A1 printer I have a stronger version for PETG, but I do not recommend using PETG, please find a more redundant plastic or a certified product for a replacement.
