DIMENSIONS 160 mm rail with captive tapered key; separate screw-on shoe and 90 × 45 × 50 mm pocket. Nominal 0.6 mm cross-section clearance. CONTENTS 5 printed pieces: 1 × wall key rail; 1 × sliding pocket; 1 × bolted dovetail shoe; 2 × end stop. Material: PETG. SUPPLY SEPARATELY Two wall screws/anchors with heads ≤8.6 mm diameter and ≤2.8 mm height; two countersunk M3 × 12 bolts/nuts for shoe; two M3 × 10 bolts/nuts for stops. USE AND ASSEMBLY Bolt the separate shoe to the rear pocket wall using two countersunk M3 × 12 bolts and nuts; heads must sit flush in the key recess. Mount the rail horizontally, slide the shoe from one end and install both end stops with M3 × 10 bolts and nuts in the underside recesses. Light stationery only. Images are renders of the actual CAD.
